This is a beautiful natural processed coffee that our coffee partners in Tolima have produced. These associations are composed of approximately 175 coffee-farming families. Since 2019 we have provided technical assistance to farmers on natural processing and most of the growers we work with now process at least a 80% of their coffee as natural.
