I bought a Delonghi la specialista prestigio a couple of years ago and struggled to get a good coffee out of it using many different beans and recipes. But along came Gypso espresso house blend and the machine loves this coffee! Rich, caramel and toffee sweetness and smooth. Can't pull a bad shot with this one. Thank you and please never change this blend!
